Data Deletion Instructions

To have Cho vay tai chinh delete all your personal data (contact details, website chat history, Messenger / Zalo messages you sent us):

Message our Facebook Page: DELETE MY DATA; or
Remove the app from your Facebook account: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → the app of Cho vay tai chinh → Remove, then send a request as above so we delete stored data.

We confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. Records we must keep under accounting / tax law (invoices, payment records) are retained only for the legally required period and used for no other purpose.
